Job Description:

We are looking to hire a travel janitorial team members (Crew Support). You would come to our Greenwood office and would travel around central Indiana depending on the daily need. Pay for this position is $16/hr. Positions days and hours are Sunday-Thursday, 6-8 hours nightly, 30-40 hours weekly. Will need to either drive company car (upon approval) or be willing to drive personal vehicle (will be compensated for travel per paycheck).

Snapshot of General Janitorial Duties:

  • Trash removal / Dusting / Sanitizing all surfaces
  • Sweeping / Mopping / Vacuuming
  • Break-rooms / Bathrooms / Glass cleaning
  • Restock items in bathrooms, break-rooms, offices and other rooms as necessary
  • You will also assist in the set up of any rooms and other duties as assigned
  • Specific duties may vary depending on the list of specifications required by the client

Other Duties

  • Traveling to different client sites and acting as shift cleaner at that location for the individual shift period
  • Willing to drive personal vehicle as needed with paid mileage ($0.45/mile) and willing to drive up to 160+ miles a night if needed
  • Traveling to client sites and inspecting work completed by shift cleaners
  • Willing to be trained on project work (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, strip and wax, etc.) - will be compensated more per hour when completing project work

Position Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Have an active cell phone
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Pass Criminal Background Check
  • ***Regular Attendance is Mandatory***
